What VoidVault stores
When you create an optional sync account, VoidVault stores your email address, username, securely hashed account password, authentication session records, support tickets you submit, and your encrypted vault blob.
What VoidVault does not need
Your vault master password is not sent to the VoidVault server. Password entries are encrypted by the desktop app or decrypted locally by your browser. Server administrators should see ciphertext, not the contents of a properly encrypted vault.
Operational information
The service may retain security logs, rate-limit records, application version, device description, and crash details submitted through support. Avoid including secrets in reports.
Deletion and contact
To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@voidvault.xyz. Backups may retain encrypted records for a limited operational period.
Security limits
No service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique account password and a strong, separately protected master password.
